3. Customer Satisfaction:

– Customers are encouraged to communicate any dissatisfaction or requests for revisions promptly to facilitate resolution.
4. Exceptions:
– Skill Drives may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, such as:
– Failure to deliver the CV within the agreed-upon timeframe, subject to evaluation by Skill Drives.
– Gross negligence or failure to adhere to customer requirements by Skill Drives.
Skill Drives will usually process refunds within 7-10 working business days. However, during busy periods this may take longer.
